JORDANCRAWFORD
I jumped straight into the deep end after graduating from Milwaukee School of Engineering. My first role was with Milwaukee Brewing Company, where I wore every hat a small manufacturer demands: some days plumber, some days IT, most days engineer. I helped design and build the 50,000 sq. ft. 9th Street brewery inside the historic Pabst Building #42, from utilities and warehousing to packaging and processing systems. I worked hands-on with a unique glass/aluminum can line that combined new filling equipment with reused machines from around the world. And when I wasn’t troubleshooting on the floor, I was behind the bar, pouring pints and sneaking technical details into the brewery tours.
I later joined KHS USA, commissioning brand-new fillers across the U.S. just as the pandemic hit. Flying on nearly empty planes, I helped install 10 high-speed canning lines for Mark Anthony Brewing, part of a $1B expansion that scaled White Claw production across North America. After several years in service, I moved into our Waukesha plant, where I worked on more than 40 fillers, led internal commissioning, and trained our teams to better align equipment with customer needs. One highlight was leading the Lakefront Brewery project, where I served as both Lead Engineer and acting Project Manager for their transition from bottles to cans. Managing both technical delivery and customer coordination gave me the bridge into my current role in sales.
Today, I serve as Product Manager for Filling & Process Equipment at KHS. Any new filler or process system entering North America starts with me. I work with customers to understand their challenges, develop investment plans, and deliver tailored solutions, from technical details and costing to binding offers. The role is fast-paced and rewarding, and at the end of the day, it always comes back to the same thing: solving problems, growing businesses, and raising a glass together.
